Meet The Maker

About Me
Jerri is a self-made milliner with mentors like Tom Hirt, known for his designs on the film Tombstone. As a painter in college, her passion to create was first awakened. Later on, while working on set for the Hunger Games as a hair-stylist, her passion for design was sparked again; she was captivated by the creative genius of the wardrobe department during production. Where art and fashion crossed paths in her life, a new journey took flight and blazed a new trail. The lost art of “the Hat” which portrayed culture and nobility, mirroring one’s life through the ages, has become her new medium. She hopes to inspire creative expression through each handcrafted design.

~  Her current mantra: "Today is my newest masterpiece."
Folklore, Freedom, and Fashion...
Legend of Geraldine is based around her grandmother’s irreplaceable influence she had on her life. The freedom she gave to her as a child as well as her eclectic sense of fashion & style were like seeds planted in a wildly curious imagination. Memories of tea parties in vintage gowns and hats followed by rain dances and forest wandering instilled a hunger for more quests and magic moments such as those. Moments that make us feel alive and fully present. She was a legend. She was a timeless beauty and we hope our remembrance of her serves her well.
